The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Szklarska Poręba In 2026, In An Estimated Amount Of 30,000 Liters. The Estimated Quantity Of Fuel Ordered Is Indicative Only And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Fuel In The Specified Quantity. The Diesel Fuel Supplied Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590, Pn-En 228 Or Equivalent Standards, As Well As The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of October 23, 2015. (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended). Diesel Oil Should Not Contain Biocomponents - If It Is Available On The Market At The Time Of Ordering. Fuel Must Be Adapted To Current Weather Conditions And Delivered In The Appropriate Variety Depending On The Season (Summer, Transitional, Winter). The Diesel Fuel Offered Must Be Of High Quality And Must Meet All The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Regulations Regarding Fuel Quality. If There Are Problems With The Operation Of Cars Or Equipment, The Ordering Party Will Take All Possible Steps To Check The Quality Of The Purchased Product. In The Event Of Reasonable Suspicion That The Fuel Sold Is Not Of Good Quality, The Contract Will Be Terminated Immediately. Fuel Deliveries Will Be Made Successively To The Tank Located On The Ordering Partys Premises After Agreeing The Delivery Date By Telephone/E-Mail. A Single Delivery Will Amount To Approximately 4,000 Liters. Deliveries Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From Placing The Order. The Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Be Settled Based On The Tankers Measurement System With A Printout. The Place Of Delivery Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Ul. 1 - Go Maja 53C, 58-580 Szklarska Poręba. The Contractor Will Supply Diesel Fuel To The Fuelmaster Fm 5000 Tank Belonging To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Carrying Out An On-Site Visit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Equipment For The Transportation And Bulk Deliveries Of Fuel, In Accordance With Applicable Law.
