A) The Subject Of This Order Is A Social Service Consisting In The Provision Of Security And Supervision Services For Office Buildings Of The Road Administration Of The City Of Krakow. The Service Should Be Provided On The Basis Of Applicable Legal Acts: - Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532), - Act Of May 10, 2018 On The Protection Of Personal Data (Journal Of Laws 2019, Item 1781) B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz • Scope Of Duties Of The Security Employee Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz C) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. The Key Parts Of The Order Are Understood By The Ordering Party To Be: Performance Of Activities Involving The Protection And Supervision Of Property By The Contractors Employees, Including Having Its Own Intervention Group (Subcontractors Are Not Allowed In The Above Scope). If The Contractors Jointly Apply For The Order, The Scope Of Activities Indicated Above Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor Who Holds A Current License From The Minister Of The Interior And Administration To Conduct Activities Related To The Protection Of Persons And Property In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property. D) Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Accordance With The Scope Of Activities Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Personal Execution Of The Order By Persons Running A Business Or Partners Of A Commercial Law Company. 12.00.
