1. The Order Is Implemented For The Benefit Of The Participants Of The Sudecka Purchasing Group Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Opz, I.E. Collective Ppe List.Xlsx. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) The Supply Of Electricity On The Terms Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, B) Settlement Of Surplus Electricity Generated In Renewable Energy Source Installations Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Opz, Which Was Introduced Into The Network Of The Local Dso Together With The Commercial Balancing Service On The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz Of The Proceedings In Question.2. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From February 1, 20263. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Volume Of Electricity At A Price Calculated/Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 6 Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz), And The Calculated Amount Of Remuneration Will Refer To The Total Volume Of Energy Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Contract.4.
