1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Fuel For The Ordering Partys Own Needs To Its Headquarters In An Amount Of Approximately 60 M³ (60,000 Liters), Delivered Successively In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026, Meeting At Least Quality Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-En-590 Standard, Appropriate For A Given Season. 2. The Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Own Means (Tank Truck) To Its At Its Own Expense And Discharged Into The Employers Fuel Tank Located At The Site Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant In Biała Niża. The Tank Has A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters. 3. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Successively, As Needed - Based On An Individual Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Smaller Quantities Of Diesel Oil Than Specified In Point 3.1.1, And The Quantity Of Oil Guaranteed By The Ordering Party That It Will Order During The Contract Period Is 50 M³ (50,000 Liters). The Ordering Party Reserves The Option To Increase The Quantity Of Oil Deliveries Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs By A Maximum Of 20% In Relation To The Entire Order. A Change In The Quantity Of The General Order Will Not Change The Terms Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Exercise The Option Right By Submitting A Unilateral Declaration Of Will To The Contractor, But No Later Than November 30, 2026.
