Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Passenger Car, 9-Seater Bus

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A 9-Seater Passenger Car.2. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Be New, Fully Functional And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Must Comply With Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Rights In Favor Of Third Parties And Must Be Consistent With The Contractors Offer.3. The Definition Of A New Vehicle Is Included In The Act Of March 11, 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1570, As Amended), Art. 2 Point 10 Letter A.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties.5. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Have All Legally Required Documents For Its Registration Or Re-Registration.8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Registered/Reregistered By The Ordering Party. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle.9. The Offered Subject Of The Order On The Date Of Preparation Of The Offer Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Agreement.11. The Ordering Party Requires The Following Minimum Warranty Periods For The Completed Subject Of The Contract:• Length Of The Mechanical Warranty Period Without Mileage Limit - Minimum 2 Years, The Required Warranty Period Is Also A Criterion For Evaluating The Offers,• Length Of The Warranty Period For Paint Coatings - Minimum 2 Years,• Length Of The Warranty Period For Body Perforation - Minimum 6 Years.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Pzp.13. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Required Technical Parameters.14. If The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Order Documentation, In Particular Annex No. 4 To This Swz, By Indicating The Technology, Manufacturer, Proper Names, Trademarks Or Origin Of Devices And Materials, Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That They Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For Determining The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used.
