The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Standard Diesel Oil (Summer, Transitional, Winter) Meeting The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680 Of October 23, 2015).2. The Supplied Diesel Oil That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quality Parameters Specified In Detail In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1209), In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended) And The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 590:2022-08 Or Equivalent. In The Event Of Changes In Regulations Or Standards, The Fuel Offered Must Comply With The Changed Regulations And Standards.3. The Ordering Party Declares That It Does Not Run A Business In The Field Of Production Or Trade In Fuels And Energy Within The Meaning Of Art. 32 Section 1 Point 1 And Point 4 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266) [Hereinafter Also: Energy Law]. 4. Diesel Fuel Must Be Approved For Sale In The European Union.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Refuel Diesel Oil To The Bt 5000 Type (New Designation: Bvp05000dg) Ground Tank Indicated By The Ordering Party, With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Owned By The Ordering Party And Located At The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 6. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.7. The Delivery Will Be Provided Upon Request From The Ordering Party Sent By E-Mail According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Order.8. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver Fuel To The Ordering Party Within 24 Hours. From The Time Of Placing The Order Sent To The Supplier In The Form Of A Confirmed E-Mail, In The Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party, Not Less Than 3,000 Liters.9. The Estimated Demand For Diesel Oil During The Period Covered By The Order Is 110,000 Liters. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Delivery To A Quantity Of At Least 55,000 Liters. For This Reason, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Damages.11. The Price Of Diesel Oil Will Be Calculated Based On The Discount Indicated In The Offer.12. Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil Must Be Certified By The Contractor With A Document Regarding The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel, In Particular A Quality Certificate In The Original Or A Certified Copy.
