The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Along With Installation Of Above-Ground Tanks For Collecting And Retaining Rainwater With Complete Equipment With A Capacity Of 1,000 Liters, 216 Pieces For The Residents Of The Tyszowce Commune. The Task Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Brand New Above-Ground Rainwater Tanks That Meet The Following Requirements: A) Tank Capacity 1000 Liters, B) Equipped With Plastic Draw-Off Valves (Taps) Enabling Water To Be Drawn From The Tank, C) Equipped With Connection Accessories, D) Equipped With A Drain At The Bottom Enabling Complete Emptying Of The Tank. E) Equipped With An Upper Cover To Prevent Contamination From Entering The Interior. F) Tanks Should Be Made Of High-Density Polyethylene (Hdpe-R), Resistant To Uv Radiation, Corrosion And Variable Temperatures (- 20 To + 80 Degrees Celsius). G) Have Developed Instructions For Installation And Operation As Well As Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Tank, H) Tanks Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards, Have An Appropriate Quality Certificate Or An Eu Declaration Of Conformity. The Contractor Will Attach To The Invoice An Appropriate Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirements, I) Preferred Color Of The Tank - Gray, Black, Anthracite. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Mark Each Installed Tank With A Colorful Information Label Informing About The Source Of Funding. The Labels Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide A Written Operating Manual To Each User Where The Tanks Will Be Installed. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Technically Efficient, Safe And Complete, As Well As Meet Technical And Functional Requirements. As Part Of The Installation, The Contractors Offer Price Must Include The Fact That The Tanks Will Be Mounted On Existing Gutter Systems Of Private Buildings. These Are Pvc And Steel Gutters Of Different Diameters, Which Requires Taking Into Account The Costs Associated With Connecting To The Tanks Using Reducing Elements Enabling The Connection Of The Existing Gutter System (Of Different Diameters) With The Tank Filler Opening As Part Of The Assembly Work. Reducing Elements Must Be Made In A Color Corresponding To The Color Of The Tank Or Existing Gutter. The Cost Of Hardening The Ground At The Location Of The Tank Installation Is Borne By The Individual Residents Participating In The Project. If The Ground Is Unstable Or The Base For Its Installation Is Not Made By The Owner Of The Property Where The Tank Is To Be Installed, It Is Allowed To Install The Tank By Attaching It To The Building With Clamps.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install The Subject Of The Order To Places Agreed With The Ordering Party Throughout The Commune. 3.
