1) Part I - Regular Transport Of Students To Primary Schools In Piaski, Szelejewo And Bodzewo, On The Routes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, On All School Days From January 12, 2025. Until June 26, 2026. 1. Transporting And Returning Children To Primary Schools And Kindergarten Classes At Primary Schools In The Piaski Commune As Part Of The Regular Passenger Transport Service In National Road Transport On Regular Lines Covering Towns From Which Students And Pre-School Children Travel To Educational Institutions In The Krobia Commune. (By Purchasing A Monthly Ticket Service) Transport Of Students To: A) Primary School With Integration Departments Named After Mikołaja Kopernika W Piaski, Ul. Drzęczewska 9, 63-820 Piaskib) Primary School With Integration Departments Named After Powstańców Wlkp. W Bodzewo, Bodzewo 35, 63-820 Piaskic) Primary School. Bł. Edmunda Bojanowskiego W Szelejewo, Szelejewo Trzeci 87, 63-820 Piaski And Transport Of Students To Places Of Residence (Bus Stops) Transport And Transport Of Students And Pre-School Children, As Part Of The Regular Passenger Transport Service (Purchase Of Monthly Tickets), Applies To All School Days From January 12, 2026. Until June 26, 2026 (Until The End Of The School Year)2. The Routes And Schedule For Transporting Students To Individual Schools In The Piaski Commune Are Specified In Annex No. 13. The Service Is To Consist In Transporting Students With The Following Assumptions - Coach With At Least 56 Seats - 2 Pieces - Coach With At Least 61 Seats - 1 Piece - Bus With At Least 50 Seats - 1 Piece - Number Of Kilometers (Total): Approx. 2,250 Per Week Km, Daily Approx. 450 Km - Number Of Transported Children: Approx. 322 - Number Of Guardians: One In Each Bus, Guardians Provided By The Contractor. 4. During The Term Of The Contract, The Number Of Kilometers And The Number Of Transported Children May Change Depending On The Number Of Students In Schools And Changes In Lesson Plans. 5. The Order Covers The Transport Of Students (Delivery And Return To Their Place Of Residence) On Regular Lines Established By The Contractor (At Ticket Prices Determined In These Proceedings). 6. The Number Of Students Given In The Annex To This Order May Change Depending On The Parents Decision Regarding The Choice Of The School Where The Child Will Fulfill Compulsory Schooling. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes To A Timetable Other Than The Agreed Timetable For Specific Days, After Notifying The Contractor In Advance. 8.The Number Of Tickets Purchased During The Contract Period May Change. 9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Deviate From The Provided Transport Schedule Due To Changes In Lesson Plans, The Number Of Children, Changes In The Organization Of The School Year, Or Making Up For Days Off. 10. The Service Will Be Provided On Weekdays, Except For Saturdays, Holidays And Other Public Holidays, As Well As Breaks In The Implementation Of Teaching And Educational Activities,
