When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Evidence Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Product Range, E.G. A Catalog Card, Technical Description, Leaflet Of The Offered Product Range. Products With The Same Or Better Parameters Than Those Specified In Annex 7 To Swz.6 Will Be Considered Equivalent. The Ordering Party Described The Assortment In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Features That Are Important To It From The Point Of View Of The Use Of The Given Assortment. Failure To Specify Features Other Than Those Indicated Means That The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Respect (Kio Judgment 2358/21). 7.
