The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Transport To A Day Care Home No Earlier Than 7:00 A.M. And No Later Than 8:00 A.M. (Not More Than 35 People) From The Place Of Residence (In The Tuszów Narodowy Commune - The Exact Location Will Be Given One Week In Advance) To A Day Care Home Located At: Dębiaki46, 39-332 Tuszów Narodowy And Transport Of These People Between Time: No Earlier Than 4:00 P.M. And No Later Than 5:00 P.M. From The Day Care Home To The Place Of Residence. Estimated Number Of Kilometers: No More Than 127 Km Per Day, In Total No More Than 13,335 Km. The Service Will Be Provided On The Days Of Operation Of The Daily Care Home, On Working Days. Due To The Fact That The Transport Will Take Place From Various Places Located In The Commune, The Contractor Will Ensure An Appropriate Number Of Vehicles Designated To Service The Transport Routes (So As Not To Extend The Travel Time Beyond The Verifiable Time And Route). In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, The Contractor Will Provide A Replacement Vehicle Within A Maximum Of 30 Minutes, Allowing The Service To Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract. The Means Of Transport Used To Provide The Service Must Be Adapted To Transport Disabled People Or People Who Have Problems With Independent Mobility. Vehicles That Are Not Adapted To Elderly And Disabled People, E.G. Vehicles With High Steps Or Narrow Passages, Are Not Allowed To Provide The Service.
