The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil To The Oil Boiler Room Located In The Social Welfare Home In Ołdaki, Ołdaki 7, 06-126 Gzy. Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-C-96024:2011 Standard For The L-1 Grade, Which Should Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In Polish Standards, In Terms Of Operational Parameters And Environmental Protection Requirements, And Having The Following Parameters: 1) Density At 15 ºc Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M32) Sulfur Content Not Higher Than 0.10%/M/M3) Calorific Value Not Less Than 42.60 Mj/Kg4) Ignition Temperature Min. 56ºc5) Water Content Max 200 Mg/Kg6) And Others Specified In The Above Standard. The Ordering Party Estimates That In The First Half Of 2026 It Will Purchase 50,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil For The Boiler Room, And This Amount Refers To The Actual Conditions Of Refueling The Ordering Partys Tanks. The Volume Of Supplied Fuel Oil Will Not Be Converted Into Reference Conditions, I.E. The Volume Of Fuel Oil At A Temperature Of 15 ºc. Fuel Deliveries Will Be Made Successively On Dates And In Quantities Agreed With The Ordering Party (Detailed Terms Of Delivery And Settlement Are Specified In The Contract Template). 2. Order Completion Date - Required Date Within 48 Hours From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Amount Of Oil Than Specified In The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction Of The Order. Requirements; Delivery Within 48 Hours From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Order Placed In Writing; Each Delivery Is Accompanied By A Quality Certificate Stating That The Fuel Oil Meets The Quality Requirements Of The Ordering Party; Delivery At The Suppliers Expense; Delivery Of Fuel Oil At Actual Temperature By A Road Tanker Equipped With Fuel Measuring Devices With A Valid Certificate Of Legalization Of The Measuring Device (The Oil Will Be Measured In The Presence Of A Conservator Or Another Person Indicated By The Ordering Party). 3. Payment Deadline - Required 30 Days From The Date Of Invoice Issuance.
