The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In The Wilczyce Commune, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law Below. In The Event Of The Loss Of Force Or Change Of The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts (Regulations), The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Acts In Force At A Given Time During The Execution Of The Contract.
