Tenders Are Invited For Removing Water Supply Failures

The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Services: Removing Failures In The Water Supply Network In The Kowala Commune In 2026. Removing Failures Will Consist In Eliminating Leaks And Leaks That Occur In The Water Supply Network (Pipe Cracks, Leaks In Sockets, Water Supply Gate Valves) And Connections On The Section From The Water Supply Network To The Main Water Meter. The Scope Also Includes The Replacement Of Water Supply Connection Clamps In The Water Supply Network And The Elimination Of Leaks In Water Supply Lines, Reductions, Connectors And The Replacement Of Leaking Sections Of Steel Pipes With Polyethylene Ones. If A Failure Occurs Under An Asphalt Road, Paving Stones Or Other Such Surface, The Contractors Tasks Include Replacing The Soil And Restoring The Surface To Its Original Condition. The Ordering Party Only Plans To Remove Leaks, But If A Gate Valve, Hydrant Or Other Type Of Equipment In The Water Supply Network Is Damaged, It Should Be Replaced To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Water Supply System. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Stipulates That Each Replacement Of A Device Or Element Of The Water Supply System That Is Not A Direct Result Of A Visible Leak Requires The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Partys Representative Present When The Failure Is Repaired. This Consent Will Be Granted On The Basis Of An Assessment Of The Appropriateness Of Replacing A Given Element, Made At The Scene Of The Incident (Each Case Will Be Considered Individually). Length Of The Water Supply Network 130.34 Km. Range Of Diameters Of Water Supply Pipes - From Journal Of Laws 315Mm To Dz. 25Mm. The Materials From Which The Network Is Made Are Pvc, Pe, Sections Of Steel And Cast Iron. The Ordering Party Stipulates That In Emergency Situations, It Will Order The Removal Of Failures On Non-Working Days And On Holidays. The Contractor Will Use Materials And Elements In Accordance With Polish Standards For The Execution Of Orders. All Work Performed By The Contractor Will Be Carried Out In The Presence Of A Delegated/Indicated Employee Of The Commune Office. The Contractor Will Receive Orders From The Ordering Party Each Time For Individual Tasks. For The Repair Of Water Supply Networks, Materials Must Have Appropriate Technical Approvals Or Be Compliant With Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards. Occupation Of The Road Lane In Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Scope Of Services Will Be Determined Immediately Before They Are Performed Or, If Necessary, Even During Them. The Method Of Implementation Will Consist In Ordering Specific Services On An Emergency Basis. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Form Of Awarding Orders To A Written Form By E-Mail, Without The Need For The Contractor To Accept This Change.
