1. Part No. 1 – Purchase And Delivery Of A Refrigerator For The Faculty Of Medicine2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including: To Deliver And Bring In A Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annexes No. 1A To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As To Install And Connect It, As Well As To Perform All Activities Necessary To Prepare The Subject Of The Order For Fully Functional Work In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Aimed At Handing Over To The Ordering Party For Use Of The Subject Of The Order, Complete And Fully Operational, Within The Time Specified In Point 9. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out An Inspection Of The Operation Of The Delivered Equipment In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Opz. 5. All Activities Related To The Assembly, Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With The Inspection Of Its Operation, Will Be Carried Out By Persons With Authorizations And Knowledge In This Area In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In The Opz.6 To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Compliance With Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand-New Subject Of The Order (In Particular, Not Repaired, Not Prefabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) Originating From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With Respect To All Components, Parts, Materials) And In Accordance With Opz.8. Gwarancja: 8.1. Wykonawca Na Przedmiot Zamówienia Udziela Dwudziestu Czterech [ 24 ] Miesięcy Gwarancji.8.2. Okres Gwarancji Wskazany W Pkt. 4.1. Okresem Minimalnym.
