Estimated Number Of Participants In One Day: At Least 10,000 Participants (Including The Possibility Of Purchasing A Ticket For Each Interested Student Of The Maritime University Of Gdynia At A Price Not Exceeding Pln 20 For 1 Day Of Participation In The Festival).6. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Comprehensive Organization Of The Festival, In Particular: 1) Providing Artists (Minimum 4 Artists On Each Concert Day), Including: A) Min 4 Artists From The Top 20 Olis List Currently And For The Last Six Months Or A Yearb) Min 2 Artists With Spotify Listeners Over 2 Million Per Monthc) Min 2 Artists With Spotify Listeners Over 1.5 Million Per Monthd) Min 4 Artists With Over 40,000 Monthly Listeners Subscribers On Youtube2) Covering All Costs Related To The Artists Performance During The Festival, Including Artists Fees, Transport Costs, Accommodation And Meals. The Contractors Obligations Also Include Concluding Contracts With The Artists, Covering Any Royalties Related To The Artists Performance (Zaiks), Meeting The Conditions Specified In The Contractors Technical Rider, Ensuring Other Requirements Specified By The Artists;3) Organizing A Mass Event On The Indicated Date In The Indicated Area In Gdynia, Registered And Organized For At Least 10,000 Participants Per Day;4) A Stage With Dimensions Of At Least 10 M X 10 M With Appropriate Sound And Lighting Covering The Size Area, Meeting The Requirements Of Artists Technical Riders And Servicing The Above-Mentioned Infrastructure;5) Protection Of Persons And Property In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events;6) Medical Protection Of Participants In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events;7) Fire Protection In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events;8) Fencing Off The Area Of The Mass Event In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events;9) Providing Sanitary Facilities On The Festival Grounds In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events;10) Independent Provision Of Electricity In Accordance With Demand;11) Comprehensive Organization Of The System Sale Of Festival Tickets/Passes To Cover Organizational Costs; 12) Free Entry For Vips Indicated By Student Coordinators, Which Will Include Persons Notified To The Organizer; 13) Organization Of A Catering Zone For Festival Participants - The Contractor Takes Care Of The Zone, Is Responsible For Its Organization And Will Be Held Accountable For It.
