Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Classes To Equalize Educational Opportunities - Tutoring, A Total Of 360 Hours For 25 Participants Of The Better Start Project

Part I - Providing Tutoring In Mathematics For A Total Of 176 Hours In The Period From January 7, 2026 To February 28, 20261. The Contractor Will Complete 176 Hours In Total (88 Hours/Month - 8 Hours For 5 Participants And 4 Hours For 12 Participants). Tutoring Will Be Provided Stationary In The Pabianice District Or Online.2. The Monthly Number Of Hours Of Tutoring For Each Participant Cannot Exceed The Number Of Hours Indicated By The Contractor, An Exception Will Be The Case When The Participant Is Unable To Complete The Planned Number Of Hours In A Given Month Due To Random Reasons, Then It Is The Contractors Obligation To Make Up For The Missing Hours In The Next Month (Does Not Apply To February 2026). 3. Tutoring Must Take Place At The Place Of Residence Of Each Participant (Pabianice County), Or At The Headquarters Of Pcpr Pabianice (After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party) Or Online. The Choice Of The Place Of Tutoring Is Decided Solely By The Participant At Each Stage Of The Course. The Document Confirming The Completion Of Tutoring Is The Participants Handwritten Signature On The Attendance List. 4. Tutoring Is To Be Conducted On Working Days At Times That Do Not Conflict With School Classes (Working Days Should Be Treated As Days From Monday To Friday Inclusive). Tutoring May Also Be Conducted On Saturday And Sunday, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Tutoring Participant And The Contractor. 5. Tutoring Sessions Are To Last A Maximum Of 2 Hours (2X60 Min) On The Same Day And End No Later Than On Weekdays At 20.00, While On Saturday And Sunday They Are To End At The Latest At 15/00/06. The Provision Of Tutoring Will Be Subject To Constant Monitoring By The Project Coordinator And Evaluation Of The Project Participants.7. The Contractor Is To Guarantee The Replacement Of Other Persons With Equivalent Qualifications In The Event Of Unforeseen Circumstances That Prevent The Performance Of The Service By The Persons Indicated In The Offer, After Consultation With The Ordering Party.8. Changing The Date Of Tutoring Due To The Teachers Unavailability Requires Each Time To Notify The Ordering Party And Obtain His Written Consent To Change The Date.9. The Schedule Of Classes Will Be Agreed With The Participants Parent/Guardian In Consultation With The Contractor, Who Submits The Schedule To The Ordering Party 5 Business Days Before The Start Of Classes In The Following Month.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Document The Tutoring Carried Out, I.E. Keeping A Time Card, An Attendance List For Each Day Of Tutoring, And A Class Diary For Each Person. These Documents Are To Be Marked With The Sign Of The European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship (Fe) And The Sign Of The European Union (Eu), As Well As The Official Promotional Logo Of The Łódź Voivodeship, In Accordance With The Rules Contained In The Visual Identity Book Of The European Funds Brand 2021-2027, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Design And Submitted To The Ordering P
