1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of At Least An 18-Seater Bus For Transporting Disabled People, Including One Person In A Wheelchair.2. The Vehicle Must Be A Brand New Vehicle, Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 10 Letter A Of The Act Of March 11, 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services, Manufactured In 2025, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Car With Full Tanks Of Fuel And Operating Fluids. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Car Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations Of This Act. The Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval As A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled People Or A Base Approval For A Bus Together With A Certificate From A Diagnostic Station Enabling The Transport Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs, Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). The Car Should Be Able To Install At Least 1 Wheelchair Space - Rails For Wheelchair Entry And Belts. The Station Should Be Equipped With Belts And Other Elements Enabling Safe Transportation Of A Person In A Wheelchair. Marking The Vehicle With Symbols In Accordance With Required Legal Regulations. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Euro 6 Standard In Terms Of Exhaust Emissions And Energy Consumption. The Vehicle Must Have, In Polish, Among Others: User Manual, Instructions For Securing A Passenger In A Wheelchair, Service And Warranty Book, Current Approval Certificate, Technical Tests, Tachograph And Certificates For Devices Confirming Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People And Other Necessary Documents Required By Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Car Has Complete Vehicle Documentation Necessary For Its Registration And Operation. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Lubraniec Commune To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Detailed Technical And Quality Parameters, Basic And Additional Equipment Of The Car Required By The Ordering Party (Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters: - Engine: Diesel With A Turbine With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1900 Cm3 With The Euro 6 Standard, With A Minimum Engine Power Of 165 Hp, - Drive: Automatic Gearbox With Adaptive Cruise Control - Car With Full Tanks Of Fuel And Operating Flu
