The Subject Of The Order Is Investor Supervision Of The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Sports Hall At Primary School No. 2 In Sztum, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Felling Of Trees And Replacement Plantings.2. The Scope Of Investor Supervision Includes In Particular Supervision Over: 1) Implementation Of Works Based On The Received Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining A Permit To Use The Subject Of The Order, 3) Construction And Installation Of An Information Board.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Industry Arrangements And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Prepared By The Pol-Inwest Andrzej Szajdziński Design Office From Kalisz, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With. 4. Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature.5. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Clarifying In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of Its Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of Its Obligations Under The Public Procurement Contract.6. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is For Informational Purposes Only. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And Relevant Standards And Ensure Obtaining Technical Parameters (Equivalence Criteria) Confirming The Equivalence Of Materials And Devices Specified In The Order Description And They Will Be Previously Accepted By The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Declares That The Task Will Be Financed From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Under The Sportowa Polska Program - Local Sports Infrastructure Development Program - 2024 Edition. And Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out Therein. In Connection With The Above, The Parties Declare That They Are Aware That It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest To Complete The Order On Time. If The Contractual Deadline Specified In §3 Of This Contract Is Not Met, The Ordering Party Will Lose The Funding And Damage Will Result. The Contractor Is Financially Liable For The Damage To The Ordering Party In The Form Of Loss Or Reduction Of Funding Due To Delay In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor, In The Amount Of The Lost Funding.8.
