The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Two Sanitary Sewage Pumping Stations Located At Ul. Żołny And Ul. Słonki Corner Of Ul. Drzemlik In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Warsaw. Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1. Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Two Sanitary Sewage Pumping Stations: Sanitary Sewage System In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw Works In A Gravity And Pump System. The Operation Of The Pumps Is Monitored. Two Pumping Stations Are Intended For Service: One Located In The Lines Dividing The Street. Żołny And The Other One In The Corner Of Ul. Słonki And Ul. Nap.2. Removal Of Failures In Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station Facilities: Failures Are Understood As Unexpected (Unplanned), Sudden Events (Events) That Cause Or May (Are Capable Of) Causing The Risk Of Flooding Streets And Adjacent Areas With Domestic Sewage, E.G. Damage To Pumps Installed In The Pumping Station Tanks, Damage To The Discharge Installation, Lack Of Patency Of The Discharge Pipe, Lack Of Electricity Supply, Etc. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Remove The Failure During The Response Time. Declared In The Offer, Counted From The Moment The Failure Is Reported By The Ordering Party. The Time Is Counted From The Moment The Ordering Party Sends A Request In This Respect (By Phone, Text Message Or E-Mail) Until The Contractors Arrival At The Site Of The Failure. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz Obligations Arising From The Social Clause The Ordering Party Provides For The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
