The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetables For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Zdrowo-Digyfrowo In Kindergarten Ii Order Divided Into 3 Parts, Part 1 - Successive Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetables For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Zdrowo-Digitalowo In Kindergarten Ii - To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. Quality Requirements: All Products Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging, Factory-Sealed, Intact, Free From Mechanical Damage And Dirt.3. The Ordering Party Requires That All Delivered Fruit And Vegetables Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Whole, Healthy (Without Signs Of Rot And Mold), Clean, Suitably Ripe But Not Overripe, Practically Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, Free From Abnormal External Moisture, Free From Signs Of Withering And Drying In Terms Of Shape, Size And Color, Must Meet The Requirements Of The Varietal Characteristics.4. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Care Of The Natural Environment By, Among Others, Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Refraining From Using Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Each Of The Parts Into Which The Order Was Divided Can Be Found In The Annexes To The Swz - Material And Price Forms, Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order.6.
