Tenders Are Invited For Temporary Shelter For Homeless People, Including Temporary Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services For 2026

Providing Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter With Care Services For A Homeless Person Whose Vision Is Limited Or Impaired, Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostróda In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004. The Shelter Cannot Be Located More Than 250 Km From The City Of Ostróda. The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Is 1 Person. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services May Only Be Provided By Entities Running Shelters For Homeless People Entered By The Voivode On The List Of Establishments Providing Temporary Shelter. A Shelter For Homeless People Should Provide Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms, Referred To In §2 Section 3 Of The Regulation, And Provide: A) Three Meals A Day (Including One Hot Meal), Basic Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products, Basic Over-The-Counter Medicines And Dressings, Necessary Clothing And Access To General Practitioner; B) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of Individual Programs For Ending Homelessness And To Inform The Ordering Party About Other Important Issues Relating To The Homeless Person And Affecting The Decision Granting Temporary Shelter (E.G. Health Or Financial Situation Of The Homeless Person). Admission Of A Homeless Person To The Shelter Will Take Place After Prior Arrangement Of The Date, Based On A Personal Referral Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostróda. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Life And Health Situation Of The Person Using The Shelter. The Fee For The Shelter Will Be Determined Taking Into Account The Resolution Of The Ostróda City Council On Establishing The Rules For Payment For Stays In Support Centers That Are Shelters For The Homeless.
