The Subject Of The Order Is: The Provision Of Veterinary Care Services For Homeless Animals Staying In The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Pałów, Pawłowo, 06-420 Regimin And The Provision Of Additional Veterinary Services For These Animals In 2026. The Shelter Admits About 250 Dogs A Year. The Average Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter Per Month Is: Approximately 280 Dogs. The Shelter Has A Room Where Animals Can Be Inspected, Dewormed And Removed From Fleas, As Well As Vaccinated And Microchipped. However, In The Shelter There Is No Room Intended For Performing Complex Medical And Surgical Procedures Requiring Sterile Conditions, Therefore Such Procedures And Hospitalization Will Take Place In The Contractors Medical Facility. 1.1 Services Provided On-Site As Needed, At Least Three Times A Week At Hours Agreed Upon By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party, Not Less Than Two Hours A Day. On: 1) Vaccination Against Rabies2) Castration Of Males3) Sterilization Of Females4) Euthanasia, Euthanasia Of The Blind Litter5) Performing A Necropsy6) Review Of The Dogs Health At Least Three Times A Week On Working Days, Transport Will Be Provided By The Contractor At His Expense During The Shelters Opening Hours And In Special Cases Upon Request,7) External Deworming,8) Internal Deworming,9) Vaccination Against Diseases Infectious Diseases,10) Observation Of Dogs Suspected Of Rabies,11) Performing Activities Provided For By Law In Relation To Animals Staying In Shelters Suffering From An Infectious Disease,12) Examining Dead Animals,13) Performing Surgical Procedures Necessary To Save The Life And Health Of Animals,14) Conservative Treatment,15) Conducting Training For Employees In The Field Of Animal Care At Least Once A Year,16) Supervising Extraordinary Interventions Related To Trapping Stray Animals That Pose A Threat To Public Safety Or Requiring Emergency Veterinary Assistance At The Request Of An Employee,17) Keeping Medical Records Of Dogs And Keeping Current Entries In Animal Records,18) Assistance In Creating And Updating Internal Procedures Of The Shelter,19) Issuing, Settling And Supervising The Correct Dispensing Of Medicines, Including Sedatives In The Case Of Using A Veterinary Applicator,20) Other Activities, E.G. Issuing Passports Necessary For Adoptions Abroad.1.3 The Contractor Throughout The Entire Period Performance Of The Contract Is Obliged To Have A Current Entry In The Register Of Animal Medical Facilities Kept By The Relevant Medical And Veterinary Council (In Accordance With The Act On Animal Medical Facilities (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 24). 1.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal An Animal Medical Facility Equipped With The Necessary Equipment And Devices To Provide Veterinary Services, I.E. An Ultrasound Machine And An X-Ray Machine, And A Place To Keep Animals During The Convalescence Period, Located In An Area No More Than 30 Km Away From The Shelter.
