Cpv 85142100-7 Physiotherapy Services 85121200-5 Specialized Medical Servicesthe Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physiotherapy Services, Including Specialized Neurodevelopmental Methods For Children Aged 0-2. The Duties Of The Contractor Of A Given Part Will Include:1) Carrying Out The Diagnosis Of Problems,2) Conducting Neurodevelopmental Physiotherapy,3) Keeping Documentation, Including: Specialists Work Card, Work Card With The Client, 4) Keeping A Register Of Admitted People,5) Performing The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence,6) Supervising The Correct Implementation Of This Order,7) Providing Services In Accordance With The Schedule,8) Submitting By The 5Th Day Of The Month A Summary Of The Support And/Or Therapy Provided, Taking Into Account: The Number Of Hours Allocated For Physiotherapy And The Number Of People Who Used It. As Part Of The Service, The Facilitator/Service Provider Is Obliged To Take Part In Meetings, Workshops, And Possibly Additional Team Work Commissioned By The Ordering Party. The Planned Schedule Of Classes Will Be Divided Into The Following Periods: - 1St Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Until April 2026; - 2Nd Round From May 2026 - Until August 2026 - 3Rd Round From September 2026 - Until December 2026.
