Supervision Must Be Carried Out By Industry Specialists With Appropriate Authorizations Provided For By Applicable Law.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Act In Accordance With The Current Legal And Technical Status, Ensuring Proper Supervision In Accordance With The Principles Of Professionalism And Professional Diligence.4. The Supervision Service Includes, In Particular, Supervision Over The Design Process, Including Verification Of The Completeness And Compliance Of The Design Documentation With The Fup, Technical Conditions, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Employers Requirements, And Then Control And Supervision Of The Correct Implementation Of Construction Works Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Contract.5.
