Processing Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Collecting Other Waste To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Ul. Kstęży Ludwika I No. 3, 59-300 Lubin, Measured By The Axis Of The Paved Public Road, May Not Be Longer Than 40 Km. Taking Into Account The Extensive Layout Of The Lubin Commune And The Fact That The Ordering Partys Headquarters Is Located In The City Of Lubin, Which Is Located In The Central Point Of The Lubin Commune, It Was Assumed That The Distance Between The Place Of Processing Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Collection Of Other Municipal Waste And The Commune Will Be Measured From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 3) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Amount Not Lower Than Pln 100,000.00. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, In Accordance With The Rules Specified In The Contract, 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer A List Of Installations To Which Waste Collected From The Lubin Commune Will Be Transferred.
