Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments
The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Together With An Urban Analysis And Graphic Annexes, In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, For The Area Of The Wierzchosławice Commune. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Determining The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development Resulting From Separate Regulations Of The State. The Actual And Legal Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Activities Necessary To Prepare Draft Administrative Decisions, Including In Particular: Preparation Of The Descriptive And Graphic Parts, Completion Of Documentation, Preparation Of Necessary Printouts, Scans, Copies, Plotters And All Graphic Studies. All Costs Related To The Above Activities, Including The Costs Of Paper, Consumables, Printing, Plotting, Scanning And Photocopying, Are Borne By The Contractor. Activities Related To The Administrative Proceedings Are Performed By The Ordering Party. Administrative Activities Related To The Conduct Of Administrative Proceedings, In Particular Sending Correspondence, Completing Case Files, Archiving And Providing Office Materials Necessary To Conduct Matters (Including Envelopes, Stamps, Postal Fees And Electronic And Traditional Mail), Are The Obligations Of The Ordering Party.
