The Subject Of The Order Is A Training Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Vocational Courses For Students And Teachers Of The Hotel And Tourism School Complex In Zakopane (Hereinafter Referred To As Zsht) Referred By The Ordering Party, According To The Following Information: Due To The Fact That The Order Concerns A Training Service Also Addressed To Students Under 18 Years Of Age, The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Sexual Crimes And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802), The School Applies The Standards For The Protection Of Minors And Does Not Allow A Given Training To Be Carried Out By A Person Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offenders. Trainers/Instructors Assigned By The Contractor To Provide The Service In Question Should Be Verified In The Above-Mentioned Conditions. Register And Will Be Obliged To Read And Comply With The Above. Standards.1) Part No. 1: Baristathe Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct A Barista Course (I And Ii Level). Course Participants: 1) Students Of Zsht In Zakopane (30 Students In 3 Groups Of Approximately 10 People; +/-2 People) And 2) Teachers Of Zsht In Zakopane (4 People - 1 Group For The Entire Project Referred To In Section 4 Below). The Course Will Be Carried Out In The Ordering Partys Building (Address: Ul. Partyzańskiego 1/5, 34-500 Zakopane) In Rooms Provided For This Purpose. Number Of Hours Of A Single Course Conducted On School Days From Monday To Friday From 3:00 P.M. To 7:00 P.M. For A Maximum Of Two Consecutive Weeks: • Students - 15 Teaching Hours; • Teachers – 25 Teaching Hours. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Course Program In Advance, At Least 7 Days In Advance, Document The Course Of The Course On The Attendance Lists Of People Participating In The Course And Submit Them To The Ordering Party No Later Than 2 Business Days After The End Of The Course. The Course Should End With The Possibility For Participants To Obtain A Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Qualifications Issued By The Contractor.
