The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Medical Oxygen For The Provincial Ambulance Station In Rzeszów In The Quantities And Types Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Medical Oxygen In The Ordering Partys Cylinders And The Contractors Leased Cylinders, As Needed To Ensure The Ongoing Operations Of Wspr In Rzeszów. The Quantity Of Medical Gases Ordered Will Depend On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Purchase And Delivery Of Medical Gases For The Ordering Partys Needs Will Be In Batches, And The Size Of Each Batch Will Result From The Ordering Partys Unilateral Instructions. Deliveries Must Be Made By Appropriate Means Of Transport And Secured During Transport - In Accordance With The Requirements For This Type Of Products. Delivery Time - A Maximum Of 5 Business Days From Placing The Order By The Ordering Party (Business Days Are Considered To Be Days From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays).
