1. The Subject Of The Order Is Non-Consumer Operational Leasing Of 1 Complete Specialized Vehicle Of The Sweeper Type. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Classified According To: Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv Classification) Under Code 66110000-4 (Banking Services). 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Insurance Of The Leased Vehicle. The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs Of Insurance Of The Leased Vehicle Regardless Of The Leasing Costs. Therefore, Contractors Are Not To Include The Costs Of Insurance Of The Leased Vehicle In Their Offers, Even If The Costs Of Such Insurance Will Be Borne In The Future By The Ordering Party On Behalf Of The Contractor, And Not Directly By The Insurance Company, And Will Be Re-Invoiced By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Or Will Be Added To The Leasing Installments. The Ordering Party Also Informs That In The Event Of Independent Insurance Of The Leased Item, It Will Be Insured According To The Contractors Requirements. 4. The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs Of Vehicle Registration And The Cost Of Road Tax On Means Of Transport Based On The Contractors Re-Invoices. Therefore, Contractors Are Not To Include The Costs Indicated In The First Sentence In Their Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Declares An Own Contribution Of Up To 10% Of The Purchase Value Of The Leased Vehicle. The Ordering Party Allows For Making An Own Contribution After Signing The Leasing Agreement And Before The Ordering Party Officially Accepts The Leased Item. In Addition, The Ordering Party Agrees To Pay The First Leasing Installment In The Same Month In Which The Ordering Party Officially Accepts The Leased Item. 6.
