The Subject Of The Order Are Care Services For Lonely People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require Help From Other People But Are Deprived Of It Or It Is Insufficient. Care Services Consist Of Support In Everyday Life Activities, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And - If Possible - Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Specified In Art. From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214), In The Scope Of Providing Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting The Necessary Life Needs Of People Requiring Support.2. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services During The Order Period Is Approximately 3,300 Hours (Approx. 275 Hours Per Month On Average). One Hour Of Service Provision Means The Time Actually Worked At The Clients Home (60 Minutes) And Does Not Include Travel Time To The Clients Place Of Residence.3. The Specified Number Of Hours Is An Estimate And May Increase Or Decrease Depending On The Changing Needs Of Customers, Resulting From, Among Others: Health Condition And Life Situation.4. Changes To The Number Of Hours Do Not Require An Annex To The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Will Pay Only For The Hours Of Services Actually Provided.6. By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Declares That He Acknowledges That Reducing The Number Of Hours Or The Number Of Environments Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, Including Financial Claims.7.
