The Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Service Contract For The Purpose Of Capacity Diagnosis, Development Of Strengthening Plans And A Proposal For Financing Circuits For Decentralized Technical Services (Dda And Ddef), Within The Framework Of The Kopekoba Program In The Republic Of Congo. The Extent Of The Needs To Be Covered Are Described In The Specifications. Please Note That The Indicative Financial Envelope Allocated To The Service Is Estimated At 250,000 Euros Excluding Tax. Offers That Are Manifestly Disproportionate To This Budget Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Article R.2152-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Extent Of The Needs To Be Covered Are Described In The Specifications. Batch Application. Contracts Will Be Awarded According To The Order Of The Lots And Each Lot Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Contract. No More Than 2 Lots Will Be Awarded Per Candidate; To Be Awarded More Than One Lot, Candidates Must Present A Complete Team As Well As The Equipment Required For Each Lot For Which They Apply. Therefore, A Candidate Cannot Be Awarded Lot 3 If Lots 1 And 2 Have Already Been Awarded To Them. However, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Award The Three Lots To A Tenderer In The Event That The Number Of Regular Offers Chosen Does Not Allow It To Award All The Lots.
