Local Area Network – 5G Network On The Territory Of The Hospital. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Expansion Of The Information System In The Klaudian Hospital And The Equipping Of Ems Vehicles With An Obu Element In The Locality Of The City Of Mladá Boleslav. The Project Creates The Integration Of New Information Elements Into The Existing Hospital System And Ensures Compatibility. The New Elements Of The Hospitals Information System Will Be Located In Hospital Buildings D, E And G And In The Connecting Corridors (The Solution In The Other Buildings Will Not Be Implemented As Part Of The Performance Of This Contract). These Elements Will Be Connected To The Existing Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Performance Is Also A Comprehensive Solution For The Integration And Operation Of On-Board Units Obu (On-Board Unit) In The Vehicles Of The Medical Ambulance Service (Zzs). A Detailed Description Of The Performance Is Given In Detail In The Project Documentation And In The Technical Specification Of Individual Elements. The Client Explicitly States That The Subject Of Performance Is Only The Items Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, I.E. Solutions For Buildings D, E And G And For Connecting Corridors, As Well As A Comprehensive Solution For The Integration And Operation Of Obu Onboard Units (The Project Documentation Also Describes Items That Are Not The Subject Of This Contract). The Offered Solution Must Contain All Specified Individual Items And All Services Related To Delivery And Implementation, As Required. The Offer Must Include A Description Of The Performance Offered By The Supplier, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Client Requires The Provision Of All Necessary Licenses For The Proper Use Of The Delivered Solution. The Subject Of Performance Will Also Be Support And Ensuring The Functionality Of The Network For A Period Of 3 Years. According To Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, The Contracting Authority Is A Provider Of A Regulated Service Under The Regime Of Higher Obligations. The It Service Provider Will Be A Significant Supplier Within The Meaning Of The Above-Mentioned Act On Cybersecurity And Further According To The Decree On Security Measures Of Providers Of Regulated Services In The Regime Of Higher Obligations, Issued Pursuant To Section 13, Paragraph 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act On Cybersecurity. The Supplier Undertakes To Offer The Client A Subject Of Performance That Is In Accordance With The Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic And The Eu.
