Programming Services – Modification Of The It System Of The Development Services Database. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Services Related To The Modification And Expansion Of The Development Services Database (Bur), Consisting Of Analytical, Programming, Testing And Installation Work, Preparation Of Documentation, In Accordance With Emerging Needs, As Well As The Provision Of Warranty Service. The Execution Of The Order Will Consist In The Submission By The Ordering Party, In The Form Of Individual Orders, Of The Scope Of Work Regarding The Modification Or Expansion Of Bur. Individual Orders May Include, Among Others: Implementing New Functionalities, Adding Support For New Processes Or Modifying Existing Ones, Implementing Artificial Intelligence For Process Automation, Implementing Recommendations Resulting From Security And Performance Tests, Implementing Changes To Improve The Availability And Usability Of The System, Integrating With Other It Systems. Individual Orders Will Be Submitted As The Ordering Partys Needs Arise. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Non-Competitive Parp Project No. Fers.01.03-Ip.09-0005/23 Expansion Of The Functionality Of The Development Services Database And Its Dissemination As A Tool Supporting The Learning Process Of Adults Implemented Under Measure 01.03 Of The European Funds For Social Development Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. The Provision Of Warranty Service For The Completed Subject Of The Order Covers The Period From Signing The Acceptance Protocol For A Given Order Until The Expiry Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Last Order. The Scope Of Work Planned To Be Commissioned Is The Design And Implementation Of New Functionalities Regarding The Functional Requirements Of The Development Services Database (Analytical, Programming Work, Including The Use Of Artificial Intelligence To Automate Processes, Installation Work, And Preparation Of Technical And User Documentation), Including: 1) Analysis And Development Of Design Documentation For Modifications And Expansion Of The System; 2) Performing All Necessary Activities Aimed At Designing, Building, Installing, Commissioning And Ensuring Proper Operation Of The System Expansion Modifications; 3) Delivery Of All Required Software Necessary To Launch And Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The System, Application Software, Database Software, Utility Software, Along With Licenses, As Well As Installation And Configuration Of This Software; 4) Preparation And Delivery Of Operational Documentation And Technical Documentation For Modifications And Expansion Of The System; 5) Conducting And Documenting The Necessary Package Of Functional Software Tests (Preparing Test Scenarios And Conducting Internal Tests Before Handing Over The Software). 2. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: The Maximum Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract Is 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 4.
