Telephone Operator Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Provision Of Telephone On-Call Services And Technical Interventions On The Assets Of Paertenord Habitat. This Consultation Concerns The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Provision Of Telephone On-Call Services And Technical Interventions On The Assets Of Partenord Habitat. It Is Concluded In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From 05/03/2026 At 00:00 A.M. Until 05/02/2027 At 11:59 P.M., Then Is Tacitly Renewable Three Times For 12 Months Under The Conditions Provided For In The Ccap. It Is Concluded With No Minimum And With An Annual Maximum Of 347,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 1,388,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Renewals Combined (48 Months Maximum). Prices Are Unitary And Revisable Under The Conditions Provided For In The Ccap. Variants Initiated By Candidates Corresponding To A Technical Alternative To The Consultation File Or To An Additional Service Are Prohibited.
