Projekt Västlänken Needs A Competence Consultant With A Special Focus On Contract Support For Very Large Contracts And Assignment Contracts. The Competence Consultant Must Provide Qualified Support To The Project Manager And Other Project Functions In Matters Relating To Contract Administration, Contract Law And Regulation. The Assignment Includes, Among Other Things: Handling Of Contract Issues And Notifications In Accordance With Current Standard Agreements (E.G. Abt 06, Ab 04, Abk 09) As Well As Special Contract Conditions. Analysis And Advice On Complex Contracting And Compensation Matters, Including Assessments Of Cost Claims, Äta Management And Matters Of Time Extension And Obstacles. Support In Negotiations With Contractors And Consultants To Ensure Commerciality And Contractual Regulation. Creation And Review Of Contract Documentation, Such As Notifications, Response Letters, Decision Documents And Other Contract Documents. Training And Skills Transfer To The Project Organization In Order To Strengthen Knowledge And Uniformity In The Application Of Contract Terms And Regulations. Proactive Advice To Project Managers With The Aim Of Preventing Disputes, Managing Risks And Ensuring Correct And Consistent Contract Application.
