Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act /Zut/ And The Related By-Laws, Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 Of The Ministry Of Health And Welfare Of The Ministry Of Health And Welfare Of The Ministry Of Health And Welfare Of The Republic Of Moldova On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Installation Works During The Implementation Of Engineering - Design And Construction For Construction Of Water Supply Networks In The District Abdovitsa, District Iskar, Sofia Municipality, Included In The Investment Intention Of The Council Of Ministers For Financing From The 2021-2027 Poc. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: 1. Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of Parts Of The Investment Projects With The Essential Requirements To The Construction Sites For The Construction - Subject Of The Procurement, In Volume And Content, According To The Zut And Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Carried Out Compliance Assessment For Obtaining A Construction Permit; 2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Constructions - Subject Of The Order Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut, The By-Laws On Its Implementation And Other Relevant Normative Documents; 3. Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 Of The Mtsp And Mrrb On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Ordinance; 4. Organization Of A State Reception Commission For Putting The Constructions Into Operation, For Issuing Permits For The Use Of The Constructions - Subject Of The Order; 5. Organization Of The Activities For The Removal Of Construction Defects Within The Warranty Periods, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 Of The Mrrb For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; 6. Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Constructions - Subject Of The Order, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 Of The Ministry Of Land And Infrastructure For The Technical Passports Of The Constructions; 7. Exercise Of Construction Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works, According To Art. 166, Para. 1 And Art. 168, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zut And The Compliance Of The Ongoing Construction With The Normative Acts; Construction Rules And Regulations; The Technical, Technological, Sanitary-Hygienic, Environmental And Fire Protection Requirements; The Approved Investment Project, The Contract For Construction Works. 8.
