The Scope Of The Order Includes Activities On Garbage Collection And Garbage Removal Of Solid Household Waste In The Regional Waste Management System - Pazardjik Region From Twenty-Eight Settlements On The Territory Of Pazardzhik Municipality, As Follows: Village Of Aleko Konstantinovo; Apriltsi Village; Bratanitsa Village; Velichkovo Village; Gelemenovo Village; Govedare Village; Village Of Debrštitsa; Dobrovnitsa Village; Dragor Village; Zvanichevo Village; Krali Marko Village; Lyahovo Village; Malo Konare Village; Miryantsi Village; Ovchepoltsi Village; Village Of Ognyanovo; Patalenitsa Village; Village Of Pishtigovo; Village Of Rosen; The Village Of Saraya; Sbor Village; Sinitovo Village; Topoli Dol Village; Hadjievo Village; Tsar Asen Village; Crancha Village; The Village Of Chernogorovo And The Village Of Yunatsite. The Site Of The Regional Waste Management System - Pazardzhik Region For Receiving The Waste Collected From The Territory Of The 28 Town Halls Is Located On The Land Of The Village Of Aleko Konstantinovo, Located 12 Km South Of The Town Of Pazardjik, 1 Km Southeast Of The Village Of Aleko Konstantinovo And About 1.8 Km South Of The Village Of Glavinitsa. Regional Waste Management System - Pazardzhik Region Includes An Installation For Pre-Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste And An Installation For Composting Separately Collected Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste, The New Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste - Cell 1, Cell 2 And A Reclaimed Old Municipal Waste Landfill. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right For A One-Time Renewal Of The Contract With A Repetition Of The Service In The Same Volume And Value, According To Art. 6, Para. 1 Of Ppzop. The Renewal Is For A New Term, Not Longer Than 12 (Twelve) Months. The Procedure Is Carried Out In Reversed Order According To Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, And The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.
