Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Stader Land Drinking Water Association Water Protection Additive Advice (Groundwater Additive Advice). The Subject Of The Tender Is The Implementation Of Additional Water Protection Advice (Additional Groundwater Advice) In Accordance With The “Water Protection Advice – Gsb” Funding Guideline, Supported By Funds From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development (Eafrd) And The Lower Saxony Water Extraction Fee (Nwgebg). The Advice Is Provided On Behalf Of And For The Account Of The Stader Land Drinking Water Association And Serves To Implement An Existing Protection Concept For Preventative Drinking Water Protection That Has Been Coordinated With Agricultural Businesses. The Aim Of The Commission Is To Provide Technically Sound Advice, Support And Control Of Measures To Protect Groundwater Resources In The Associations Drinking Water Production Areas. The Services Include In Particular The Following Four Service Blocks In Accordance With Appendix 1 Of The Gsb Funding Guideline: 1. Collection, Updating And Evaluation Of Basic Data - Recording, Updating And Evaluating Agricultural, Hydrological And Hydrogeological Data, - Deriving Advice Bases And Evaluations As A Basis For The Protection Concept. 2. Implementation Of The Advice - Carrying Out Company And Group-Related Consultations In Close Coordination With The Managers, - Planning, Organizing And Documenting Advisory Events, Field Days And Cooperation Meetings. 3. Accompanying Studies And Tests - Organization, Implementation And Evaluation Of Soil And Water Studies, - Initiation And Technical Support Of Practice-Oriented Tests For Nutrient And Management Optimization. 4. Monitoring Success - Reviewing And Evaluating Whether The Advisory And Protective Measures Have Achieved Their Objectives, - Preparing Interim And Final Reports, - Participating In The Adaptation And Updating Of The Protection Concept. The Content Of The Services To Be Provided Is Specified In The List Of Services In Accordance With The Gsb Funding Guidelines. Bidders Are Expected To Come Up With Conceptual And Innovative Approaches To The Efficient Implementation Of The Protection Concept, As This Is A Freelance Engineering Service Whose Task Cannot Be Fully And Conclusively Described In Advance. The Contract Comes Into Force On February 1St, 2026 And Initially Ends On January 31St, 2029. It Is Automatically Extended For Another Contract Year Unless Either Party Terminates The Contract In Writing. Termination Must Be Given No Later Than June 1St Of The Current Contract Year, For The First Time By June 1St, 2028, With Effect From January 31St, 2029. The Automatic Extension Can Be Done A Maximum Of Twice, So That The Contract Can Continue To Exist Until January 31St, 2031 At The Latest. The Receipt Of The Notice Of Termination By The Contractual Partner Is Decisive For Compliance With The Notice Period.
