Tenders are invited for Contractor for Solar Pumping Works in Mansouri Pump Station. Deadline: Friday, 16. Jan 2026 The purpose of this Tender is to obtain competitive offers for solar pumping works in Mansouri Pump station one. A detailed description of the assignment and services required by Oxfam is contained in the technical specifications (see APPENDIX A Technical specifications). The outcome of this tender is to award the successful supplier(s) a construction agreement. This agreement aims to outline the terms and conditions of construction of a solar pumping system in Mansouri Pump station one (e.g. indemnities, liabilities, warranties, specifications, lead times, prices etc.) under which future contracts will be signed. The construction Agreement does not commit to any purchases or specific volumes. Any future purchases which will be completed under separate Purchase Orders which will be governed and linked to the original Framework Agreement. A Mandatory site visit will be held on 23rd of December at 12:00 pm at Mansouri to answer any questions on the tender dossier which have been forwarded in writing or raised during the meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these will be communicated, together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting, in writing to all the suppliers at the latest one day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
