Request for proposals for Formative Evaluation of the Project Capacity for Cambodia Energy Efficiency Submission Requirements Applications should be written in English and comprise both a technical and financial offer in separate files, in a generally accepted electronic format. The technical offer must include a tentative schedule, a description of how the service provider(s) will undertake the assignment and CV(s). The financial proposal must be in USD and include all taxes. Please note that if foreign currencies were used for these expenses, the OANDA rate of the date of the expense report will be applied to all expenses to obtain the equivalent in USD.
