Tenders are invited for Hiring a Firm to Provide Training to SMEs on New Product Development, Product Improvement, and Diversification, with a Focus on Addressing Quality Challenges Faced by Smes in Rwanda Scope of the assignment: The consulting firm will design and implement a 12-months phased capacity-building program, structured to allow iterative learning and improvement after each cohort. The program will combine training, coaching, mentorship, and market linkage support Required Qualifications of the Consulting Firm o Minimum 7 years of experience in SME development, innovation, and capacity building. o Proven expertise in product development, quality assurance, certification, and market access. o Demonstrated experience in digital skills training and digital business development. o Strong knowledge of sustainability and resource-efficient production. o Track record working with SMEs in Rwandas priority sectors (agribusiness, garments, cosmetics, and other light manufacturing). o Ability to mobilize a multidisciplinary team with the following key experts: Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants dated October 2015, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
