In Carrying Out The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With: - Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; - Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction - Annex No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of The Construction Works On The Site And The Issuance Of A Permit For The Use Of The Site. Place Of Performance Of The Order: The Construction Supervision, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Performed On The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Zavoy, Tundzha Municipality. An Investment Project Was Prepared For The Site In The Phase: Technical Project In The Following Project Parts: Water Supply, Geodesy, Engineering Geology And Hydrogeology, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan And Construction Permit No. 52 Dated 03/28/2025 Was Issued. All Construction And Assembly Works That Are Planned To Be Performed On The Site Are Described In Detail In The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
