The Subject Of The Present Assignment Is The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Site: Physical Gym, Village Of Rozino In Regulated Land Property I-School, Quarter 35 According To The Development Plan Of The Village Of Rozino, Municipality Of Karlovo, Which Is Planned To Be Financed With Funds From The Program For Maintenance, Major Repair, Reconstruction, Complete Renovation Or Creation Of New Sports Facilities And/Or Sports Facilities In State And Municipal Schools. The Main Goal Of The Present Procedure Is The Construction Of A New Sports Infrastructure For The Hr. G. Danov Elementary School, Rozino Village, Which Will Meet All The Standards For Conducting Physical Education And Sports Classes And Contribute To The Sustainable Development Of The School As A Whole. The Existing Building Of The Hr. G. Danov School Is In Good Technical Condition And Fully Functional. In The Eastern Part Of The Property There Is A Multi-Purpose Outdoor Playground And A Green Area For Recreation. In The Southern Part Of The Property There Are Existing Wooden Sheds And A Pavement In Poor Condition. It Is Planned To Build The Future Gym On This Site And Remove The Wooden Buildings. At The Moment, There Are No Conditions For Indoor Sports For The Students, Because The School Does Not Have A Gym And The Students Do Not Have The Opportunity To Do Active Sports During The Winter Months, Due To The Lack Of A Suitable Room. The Implementation Of The Investment Initiative - The Construction Of The Sports Facility Will Contribute To Increasing Youth Activity By Providing Modern Conditions For The Users To Hold Classes And Practice Sports Indoors.
