Also: Performance To Include Delivery And Warranty Support. The Delivery Period Starts From The Date Of The Assignment Letter. Warranty Conditions - According To The Warranty Prescribed By The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 5 Years And Without Limitation Of Moto Hours. The Minimum Warranty Period Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating Of The Products Should Be A Minimum Of 5 Years From The Date Of The Handover Protocol The Participants Should Present In Their Technical Proposal A List Of Addresses And Contact Persons Of Authorized Service Bases Of The Offered Equipment On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Must Be A Manufacturer Or An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Brand Of Machine For The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, With Sales Rights, Warranty Support And Service. To Prove This Circumstance, The Participant Presents A Document - Contract Or Letter Of Authorization Certifying That He Is A Manufacturer Or An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer For The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Document Must Be Valid For The Period Of Delivery, As Well As For The Entire Warranty Period Of The Machine.
