The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Objects By Specific Positions. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Separate Items, Namely: Separate Position No. 1: Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of A Site: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Sboren Block 24, Vasil Levski St. No. 56, City Of Pravets; Separate Position No. 2: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Pravets, Residential Area Sever, Bl. No. 107; Separate Position No. 3: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Pravets, Residential Complex Sever, Bl. No. 108 And 108A; Separate Position No. 4: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Pravets, Residential Complex Sever, Bl. No. 212 In The Subject Of The Order, Respectively In The Scope Of Each Specific Item, Are Included The Activities Of Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of A Site. The Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification For Each Of The Relevant Separate Items (Appendix No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, And 1.4). The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal. Construction Supervision During Construction Is Carried Out In The Sense Of Art. 168 Of The Zut On All Types Of Smr, Which Are Performed By The Builder Of The Relevant Object, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Conformity Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. ​​​​​​​
