The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Goods, Carried Out Through Purchases In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppa), With The Name: Supply Of Robotics And Stem For Advanced Kit, Introduction To Automation For Advanced Kit, Stem Constructor And Teaching Robot Kit For Su St. Cyril And Methodius, Verbina Village, Madan Municipality The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery Of: Advanced Robotics And Stem Kit - 2 Pcs., Advanced Automation Introduction Kit - 2 Pcs., Educational Robot Kit - 2 Pcs., Together With All Their Accessories, As Well As All Activities Accompanying The Implementation, Including: Delivery To The Place Of Delivery, Assembly/Installation, Adjustment, Testing And Commissioning, Instruction Of The Contractors Personnel For Work, Warranty Service And Delivery Of Necessary Parts And Materials Within The Warranty Period And Removal Of Discrepancies (Defects/Defects/Damages) During The Warranty Period; Note: Warranty Service Refers To The Required Periodic Maintenance Of The Equipment (Other Than The Removal Of Non-Conformities At The Expense Of The Contractor During The Warranty Period). It Applies In The Event That The Contractor Introduces Such An Obligation To Enforce His Warranty Liability Or That Of The Manufacturer.
