The Contracting Authority Envisages An Opportunity In Its Favor To Amend The Supply Contract By Concluding An Additional Agreement In Accordance With Art. 116 Of The Civil Procedure Code Regarding The Extension Of The Term Of The Contract, In Case Of A Started And Not Completed New Procedure For Selecting A Contractor With The Same Subject, Until The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Award Of An Order Under This Subsequent Procedure.
