Tenders Are Invited For Trambus Lane On The Left Bank: Renewing The Road Surface

This Assignment Concerns Maintenance Work On The Linkeroever Trambus Track Located On Blancefloerlaan Between The Start Of The Regatta Turning Loop And The Bridge Over The R1-E17-E34 Connecting Road. During These Works, The Existing Road Pavement Must Be Broken Up Into Clinkers Up To The Level Of The Cross Beams Of The Tram Tracks (-20 Cm) And A New 3-Layer Asphalt Pavement Must Be Constructed Over The Entire Work Zone. These Works Will Be Carried Out In As Few Phases As Possible, But Provided That Accessibility To The Stop Infrastructure And Assembly Area Is Maintained. The Execution Of These Works Will Take Place In Combination With A Rail-Related Maintenance And Renewal Project, Whereby These Works Will Be Carried Out By Another Contractor. These Works Fall Under The Name “Curve Renewal Regatta”, Whereby Several Bends Are Renovated 1 On 1, But The Tram Track Is Also Locally Maintained, So That It Is Ready For The Construction Of Asphalt Paving Included In This Specification. During Both Activities, Tram Traffic Will Also Remain In Service Continuously, Which Means That Certain Work (E.G. Laying The Top Layer Of Asphalt) Must Be Carried Out Outside Tram Operating Hours.
