Tenders Are Invited For Pälkäne Municipality Real Estate Out-Of-Hours Emergency Service 2026-2027

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Out-Of-Hours Emergency Service For The Municipalitys Properties. The Service Concerns Urgent And Sudden Repair And Maintenance Tasks That Take Place Outside Of Office Hours, Which Are Necessary To Prevent Damage Or Safety Risks. The Duty To Be On Call Includes, Among Other Things:– Receiving And Evaluating Alarm Notifications– Readiness To Go For Urgent Measures– Urgent Property Management, Hvac, Electrical And Construction Technical Activities On Site– Preventing Damage And Making The Object Safe. The Service Also Includes Ticketing Maintenance In The Municipalitys Properties On Weekdays, Weekends And Holidays According To Separate Instructions. Procurement Pricing Consists Of The Following Areas: 1) Monthly Charge For On-Call Service (Including The Cost Of Ticketing) 2) Alarm Departure / Pcs, Includes Trips To The Destination 3) Hourly Price For Work Performed During On-Call Hours A Framework Contract Will Be Made For Procurement With One (1) Supplier. The Contract Period Is 1 Year, And The Municipality Can Use The Option Of Three (3) Years If It Wishes. The Emergency Service Covers All The Properties Listed In The Annex To The Municipalitys Request For Tender, Regardless Of Location. Changes May Occur In The Property List During The Contract Period. The Customer Has The Right To Add And Remove Properties During The Contract Period, If The Effect Of The Changes On The Total Value Of The Contract Is Minor.
