Elering As (Elering) Is Installing A 110Kv Switchboard In The Vanasadama 110Kv Substation Under Construction By As Tallinna Sadam. Vanasadama Aj Is Located In Tallinn, Sadama Tn. 25. The Construction Is Carried Out By The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked, Etc. And Is Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. A Two-Section 110 Kv Internal Switchboard With A New Control, Auxiliary And Control System Will Be Built. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes All Works, Including Testing, Necessary For The Installation And Connection Of The New Equipment Within The Scope Of The Procurement To The Existing Equipment And Circuits Of The Substation (Primary And Secondary Circuits, Ac, Dc Circuits, Rtu, Time Synchronization And Remote Reading Data Communication).
